At Google, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware and accessories. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return most items within 15 calendar days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Visit your Order History to confirm that your items are within the standard 15-day return window and in their original packaging.

  Start Your Return

  Select the specific items you wish to return online to generate a pre-paid shipping label and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your return label, attach it to the original box with all included cables and manuals, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your device, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 14 business days.
